Educate! Create! Celebrate!

Happy Eighth Anniversary TPP!
Since 2002, The Producers’ Project has helped thousands of K - 12 students and teachers make and share a dazzling array of academically aligned music, film and television.

Please join us as we embark on our most promising and important project to date -- The Power of Wow -- a science and film program through which students from Concord High School of Staten Island work with top scientists to engage in breakthrough primary research on the processes, power and plasticity of their own minds.

Your participation in our programs has never been more needed or appreciated.

For every good reason, we hope you will contribute, and we would love to have you involved.

Warmly and looking forward,

Wendy Dubit, Susan Finley, and Team TPP

The Producers’ Project (TPP) is a non-profit corporation dedicated to increasing the relevance and reach of teaching and learning, enabling New York City students and teachers to produce film, television and other media as a way to build skills, enhance education, and enrich lives.

Since Summer 2002, The Producers’ Project has operated an array of accredited in-school, after-school, weekend and summer programs that deepen and enliven academic subjects and school activities.

Professional Development for Teachers: Our professional mentors train teachers in understanding the process of documentary film and web production in-school, afterschool, and during weekend workshops. Teachers learn how to incorporate these tools into their academic curriculum.

Students Enrichment: We provide programs that blend documentary film and web production skills with academic studies. Professional mentors co-teach each course with a subject-area teacher during summer boot camps, semester-long in-school and after-school programs, a Producers' Club for program alumni, and a Producers' Project television series - TPP-TV.

The Producers’ Project (TPP) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit education corporation and an approved NYC DOE vendor.
